We took everything that was great about our V1 strips and improved it with a longer, 3-year warranty, upgraded 3M adhesive backing, new quick connector ends, and longer 8-inch wire leads. These strips offer the perfect solution for professionals looking to add RGB and RGBW accent lighting to any project. Our COB LED strips produce a solid, consistent color across the entire strip, perfect for giving enhanced ambiance to any space, especially when you don’t want to see each individual LED on reflective or close surfaces. – These COB strips are a great alternative to the traditional high-density versions when you want consistent light output across the entire strip or when the strip itself may be visible.

Use cases include: soffits, general accent lighting, back-lighting TVs or monitors, stair lighting, shelf lighting, toe kicks, under cabinets, coves, and signs.
For custom lengths, the LED strips can be cut where marked on the solder pads. We recommend the use of 16-20 gauge wire for LED strip home runs. It is not recommended you exceed a total of 10 meters or 33 feet where possible to avoid voltage drop which may result in differing brightness from one end to the other.
If your application needs more than the maximum run length, you can wire strips in parallel (homerun the power back to the DMX controller instead of just adding to the existing strip). A 24-volt DC Power Supply is required to run these LED Strip Lights. Total the entire installed wattage and then add 10-15% overhead. Brand-name Mean Well power supplies that have proven to last and deliver high quality for years and can also be purchased in our store.
