The EX-70-H2C is a high-performance video distribution solution designed for both residential home theaters and multi-media conference halls, capable of extending full 4K@60Hz (4:4:4) and 18Gbps signals up to 70m (230ft) over a single Cat6/6a cable. It includes an HDMI OUT loop-out on the TX unit for a local monitor, and features essential functionalities like bi-direction IR pass-through for remote device control, bi-direction POC (Power over Cable) for flexible power delivery, and ARC (Audio Return Channel) support with an S/PDIF audio de-embedding port, all packaged in a compact, durable steel chassis.
EX-70-H2C key features:
4K@60Hz (4:4:4) WITH 18Gbps BANDWIDTH – HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2 compliant, supporting the highest available video bandwidth of 18Gbps to ensure transmission of premium 4K video, HDR, and gaming signals.
EXTENDED TRANSMISSION DISTANCE – It extends HDMI and IR signals up to 230ft (70m) over a single Cat6/6a cable, or 164ft (50m) over Cat5e.
BI-DIRECTIONAL PoC & IR – Features Power over Cable (POC), meaning only one power supply is needed for either the TX or RX unit, simplifying installation. It also supports bi-direction IR pass-through for controlling source devices from the display location and vice versa.
HDMI LOOP OUT & ARC SUPPORT – Includes an HDMI OUT port on the TX unit to connect a local display (loop-out). It also supports ARC (Audio Return Channel), allowing audio from the remote TV to be sent back and de-embedded via the S/PDIF output on the RX unit.
